An incredible slice of independent Houston rap history from the early 2000s. This is a factory-sealed cassette of Tomi Gran's Bigdicballa, released in 2001 on Tomi Gran Records.
This debut solo album from artist/producer Tomi Gran is notable for its early feature from Houston legend Lil' Flip (credited here as "Screwed Up Click, Swisha House"), right as he was ascending to regional superstardom. In a classic independent label quirk, the top banner of the J-card advertises "CD CONTAINS REGULAR VERSIONS... and SCREWED VERSIONS"—a result of reusing the CD artwork film for the cassette pressing. The back of the tape confirms it does indeed include "Bonus Screwed Selections."
