The Source Magazine - Issue #111 (December 1998) - Method Man & Redman Cover

Big Dogs Bite.

Released in December 1998, Issue #111 of The Source captures the incredible chemistry of Method Man and Redman just as they were solidifying their reign as hip-hop's ultimate duo (paving the way for their legendary 1999 Blackout! album).

The issue is packed with late-90s heavyweights, featuring Ice Cube navigating his Hollywood/hip-hop duality, No Limit's Mia X, and a deep-dive investigation into mental health within the culture. (Bonus: The back cover features a legendary, vibrant 1998 Sprite "Voltron" advertisement featuring Fat Joe, Goodie Mob, Afrika Bambaataa, Common, and Mack 10—a massive piece of 90s nostalgia).
