A rare cut from the peak of the Flint, Michigan underground rap scene. This is a factory-sealed cassette of Ghetto Street Fighters' Paper Chace, released in 1997 on Lavish Records.
Anchored heavily by the legendary Flint group Top Authority—who feature prominently on the album's title track and stand out as a foundational pillar of the Midwest indie hustle—this project is a gritty time capsule of 90s street rap. The artwork is iconic in its minimalism, featuring a full-bleed $100 bill graphic with typewriter-style text overlaid across the center.
